Wang Zhigang,Mao Yangna and Cheng Chuanbo

In this article, milk products are selected as an example, and analysis is made on the p rice influence of HAC2 CP certification label using Hedonic PriceModel on the base of the investigation of milk products from six supermarkets in Haidian district in Beijing. The final result shows that a commodity’s p rice not only is affected by its characteristics, but also has positive relationship with the HACCP certification. Once a milk p roduct has gained the HACCP certification, its p rice will increase 0. 21RMB per liter, which is app roximately 2. 38% of its total price. Finally, it is suggested that consumers should be strengthened with the knowledge about the HACCP certification products; enterprises should be enforced to adopt the HACCP system and add new characteristics to milk products in order to imp rove the quality.
